  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of new GR Engineering branded parts purchased from our Alibaba store.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 06 month

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, modification, or accidents.
  • Parts used for racing or competition purposes.
  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect the functionality of the part.
  • Labor costs for installation or replacement of parts.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Warranty Claims:

  • To file a warranty claim, please contact GR Engineering customer support through within the warranty period.
  • You will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt and a description of the defect.
  • GR Engineering will investigate the claim and determine if it is covered under warranty.
  • If the claim is approved, GR Engineering will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part.

Return Policy:

  • In addition to the warranty, we also offer a 7 days return policy for unused and unopened parts.
  • To return an item, please contact GR Engineering customer support for instructions.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
